We design our applications and games to operate without collecting personal information:

• No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or device identifiers through our software.
• Local Storage Only: All game saves, progression states, settings, and configurations are stored strictly on your local device (such as within the macOS App Sandbox container). This data never leaves your computer.
• No Analytics or Ads: We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics frameworks in our applications.

2. App Store Purchases & Apple Services

If you purchase or download our applications via the Apple App Store:

• All payments, billing, and downloads are handled directly by Apple Inc. in accordance with the Apple Privacy Policy. ZAF Theory LLC never receives or stores your credit card or financial details.
• If you have opted in to share diagnostic and usage data with app developers via macOS settings, Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymized crash logs. These logs do not contain personally identifying information and are used solely to fix bugs and improve stability.

3. Support & Email Communications

If you voluntarily email us for technical support or feedback (e.g. at support@zaftheory.com):

• We use your email address and message contents solely to address your questions and assist you.
• We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties, nor will we add you to marketing mailing lists.

4. Website Privacy

Our website (zaftheory.com) is a static site hosted via GitHub Pages. We do not use cookies, user tracking scripts, or analytics services. GitHub may collect technical connection data (such as visitor IP addresses) for security and operational purposes as detailed in the GitHub Privacy Statement.

5. Children's Privacy

Because our applications and services do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
