1. License & Apple App Store Terms

For applications downloaded or purchased through the Apple App Store:

• Your license is granted pursuant to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• ZAF Theory LLC grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and run the software on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for personal entertainment or lawful utility.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our applications, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon our software or original artistic assets.
• Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or host our software for unauthorized commercial redistribution.

3. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to our software (including code, design, artwork, trademarks, and characters) are and will remain the exclusive property of ZAF Theory LLC and its licensors.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAF THEORY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAF THEORY LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
